BUYING CLUBS /Group Delivery Options

In a typical buying club, farmers consolidate orders from a number of customers and deliver them to a central location, typically a customer's home. If you want to join a buying club in your area, contact the appropriate people below:

Adelaida Springs Ranch Beef Club in Paso Robles, CA. offers two 25-pound boxes of beef per year. Check their website for more information.

Sierra Farms offers a location/group delivery opportunity which is always open to new members and/or locations. They sell and deliver lamb on a pre-ordered basis to four San Francisco Bay area locations on a 45-60 day schedule, currently April, June, September and November. They will be adding locations throughout Northern California as needed.

Sierra Foothills Meat Buying Club is located in Auburn, CA, and serves Placer County and Nevada Counties. The products are locally grown beef, pork, and lamb from family-owned operations. The livestock are raised on Sierra Foothill's range and pasture and produced with no hormones or antibiotics. More information is available by phone at (530) 889-7390 or on their website.

TX Bar Organics offers a cow-share program where multipe people can go in on a 1/4 or a 1/2 beef. This is very popular among crossfit gyms. Monthly membership beef coming soon.
